Cancellation & Store Credit Policy

Due to the freshly prepared and perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict no-refund policy.

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before the status changes to Processing, whichever is earlier.
• No cancellation or store credit once processing or dispatch has begun.

Store Credit Terms

• Issued after deduction of applicable charges
• Valid for 45 days
• One-time use, non-transferable
• Cannot be exchanged for cash

Returns

No returns or exchanges are accepted due to food safety reasons.
